How Mature Is My Agile Team?

4. Measured Stage: Data-Driven Agile

  • Teams use data (velocity, cycle time, throughput) to drive improvements.

5. Optimized Stage: Scaled Agile Excellence

The company as a whole functions with the Agile mindset.


Signs of Optimized Stage:

  • Agile practices are scaled across the organization.

  • Teams are self-sufficient, continuously improving, and innovating.

  • There is a strong culture of collaboration, experimentation, and customer focus.

Next Steps: Keep evolving! At this stage, the focus is on sustaining innovation and continuing to foster a culture of agility, not just within teams but across the entire organization.


How to Assess Your Team’s Agile Maturity
